Return & Refund Policy
All our products are made to order and printed specifically for each customer.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
In accordance with EU regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products.
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at kiez.afterdark@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
